Dr. Gulick grew up in a small town in New Mexico. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Liberty University in Virginia. She traveled to the opposite coast to complete her medical degree at Loma Linda University in California, then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. She received many awards in residency including the Outstanding Academic Achievement award and the Berlex Teaching Resident award. She is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her cat, Rajah. Her hobbies include playing piano, Zumba, snowboarding, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Dr. Gulick has a special interest in routine and high-risk obstetrics, annual gynecologic exams, contraception, abnormal Pap smear evaluations, and gynecologic surgery. She is proficient in many procedures including office procedures (endometrial ablation, Essure, and LEEPs), as well as hospital surgeries including advanced laparoscopy, da Vinci robotic assisted procedures, vaginal surgery and urogynecologic procedures.
Dr. Gulick has also developed a special interest in women’s health and fitness that stems from her own weight loss journey. Upon graduating from residency at a very unhealthy weight in 2010, she slowly began changing her lifestyle with different forms of diet and exercise and continues to practice a healthy lifestyle incorporating both of these things. Maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle is both beneficial in treating many women’s health conditions as well as preventing many diseases including certain types of cancers, which makes Dr. Gulick especially passionate about this in her own life as well as with her patients.
Dr. Gulick has been serving women in the Frisco area since 2010. She feels that each patient is unique and their care should likewise be tailored to their specific needs. She is committed to providing the best care to women and their families through each period of their lives.
